As a Client of Carambola, your school has a "School Admin Panel".
This panel allows you to access lots of functions, such as adding and deleting children's orders, changing children's orders and accessing your invoicing.
To access your invoices as a school administrator, follow these steps:
- Go to www.carambola.ie and click "School Login" (not my login)
- Enter your User Name and Password (if you do not have these details, contact us)
- At the top of the screen, click "School Budget and Invoices"
- Enter your PIN (if you do not have your pin, contact us)
- You can now see all invoices assigned to this account, download or print.
Statements
Statements are sent to you by email at the end of each month. Please keep these on file, as you will need to be able to show them during any audits that the Dept. of Social Protection conduct. If you have lost a statement, please contact us.
